Ok, I admit it, Ian Somherhalder is a good looking guy. I started watching The Vampire Diaries because I read the books when I was younger (by L.J. Smith…they came along WAY before the silliness that is Twilight) and I loved them. I also admit to routing for Damon (the ‘bad’ brother) from day one. But I get a total kick out of Damon’s ‘crazy’ face. You know Damon is mad when his eyes open really wide and he cocks his head to the side….I also notice that the ‘bad boys’ on other shows have adopted this method..I call it the “Damon Salvatore method acting.”

the hunger games tutorial-
1. Prime the entire lid as well as the bottom lash line. Sweep a gold from the upper lash line to the crease.
2. Blend a brown just above the crease. Focus more on the outer crease for added depth and lift. Bring that color down to the lower lash line.
3. In the pocket separating the gold and brown, place a red shadow and blend only slightly. If over blended, it could create a very muddy color. Bring the red down to the lower lash line.
4. Add a highlight below the brow and to the inner corner of the eye. Darken the brown and red as needed.
5. Line the upper and lower waterlines with a black pencil liner. Add liquid liner to the upper lash line, and complete the look with mascara and lashes if you choose.
6. Done!

purple pop tutorial-
1. Prime lids and apply an eyeshadow the color of your skin on the entire lid. Using your face powder works just as well!
2. Blend a brown slightly above the crease, using a heavier hand toward the outer corner.
3. Add a medium or light purple right under the brown and curve it on the outer corner to line the upper lash line. Line the lower lash line with purple as well. Use a highlight under the brow and directly above the pupil.
4. For a softer look, line the upper and lower lash line with a dark brown eyeshadow. The purple should still be visible.
5. Add your favorite mascara and false lashes if you choose.
6. Done!
